# Przygotowanie:
01 - Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
02 - In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
03 - Add the grated carrots and bell pepper, cooking until softened. Stir in the tomatoes, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook for another 5 minutes.
04 - In a baking dish, arrange the fish fillets and drizzle with lemon juice. Top with the vegetable mixture.
05 - Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
